What are the different Award Levels?
The 2011 Award program has three levels:
Commitment, Achievement, and Excellence
These three levels are a mechanism whereby organizations may share the values and achievements associated with the application of continuous improvement principles to customer satisfaction and organizational performance excellence. By participating in the process, they can advance through a series of developmental steps allowing them to ultimately apply for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. With the proper application of knowledge gained, organizations can expect significant gains and positive results in performance.
