2012 Training Schedule

**All training sessions will begin at 8:30am. OKC trainings will take place at Francis Tuttle Technology Center, located at 12777 North Rockwell Avenue in Oklahoma City.

Thursday, March 15 Examiner Applications DUE
Monday, April 2 Pre-Training Materials Ready to Post Online
Wednesday, April 18 Team Leader Training in OKC
Tuesday, May 8 Day 1 Training in OKC - ALL examiners MUST attend (8:30am-4:30pm)
Friday, May 11 OQA Applications DUE
Monday, May 14 Applications Emailed out to Team Leaders
Friday, June 22 Individual Reviews Completed
Week of June 25 Day 2 Training – Webinar/Conference Call (allow 2 hours – Team Leader to schedule with team–must be completed by 6-29-12)
Tuesday, July 24-Thursday, July 26 Days 3-5 Consensus in OKC
August-September Site Visits
Friday, October 5 Draft Feedback Reports sent to OQA Judges
Thursday, October 11 OQA Team Leader Wrap Up Meeting in OKC
Thursday, October 18 OQA Judges Meeting in Stillwater
Thursday, November 29 OQA Awards Luncheon
