Program Overview

This series was designed to develop a “think tank” for Oklahoma businesses and organizations with the goal of sharing best practices in the following areas: leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, human resources, process management, measurement and knowledge management, and results.

Sharing best practices will create an atmosphere for open bench-marking for Oklahoma businesses and organizations. There is no other outlet in Oklahoma that promotes the sharing of best practices amongst senior leaders and CEOs.


Oklahoma executives will obtain valuable takeaway information from other CEOs and senior leaders, with the goal that these sessions will make Oklahoma businesses and organizations stronger as well as potential applicants for the Oklahoma Quality Award.

Strategy

To host a Share of Best Practices series facilitated by past Baldridge recipients’ company executives. The goal is to host sessions in Tulsa and Oklahoma City (alternating between the two cities). After each session, a follow up and more in-depth workshop will be offered to attendees based on the topic presented.
